DO NOT go here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Please take your babies somewhere else. My boyfriend and I took our puppy that we JUST rescued here because he ate something he shouldn’t have before we got him. They treated us like a number and obviously do not care about the actual health of the animals. The doctor told us “I don’t mean to be rude” then proceeded to rudely talk to us like we’re incompetent and had 0 clue of what we are doing. She also rushed us out of the room as we were saying buy to our baby. When we brought him in, the moment we walked through the doors they were already just rude. The tech was kind to us giving us updates but the doctor is in the wrong profession if she treats people and animals the way she treated us. They gave us a bag of food that according to them he ate some of but when we brought him home he wouldn’t touch it. Because we weren’t able to afford their overpriced exams they said that we would have to surrender him and were really forcing that, calling both my boyfriend and I. I was recommended to call Sheyenne Valley Veterinary Services in Milnor and my parents have been seeing Steel vet and they were both very helpful and caring for our situation. We got in contact with Furry Friends Rockin Rescue in Bismarck and they are a God send organization because they are able to help our puppy with a different vet they work alongside. Now we are praying that it wasn’t too late to be able to save him. Thanks for nothing Dakota vet. We will never be bringing our animals to you again. Anyone reading this review please know (if you felt stuck like we did) whatever this vet tells you, if it’s not sitting right call different vets, they are not your only option. Sheyenne in Milnor ND is close ish and they were very caring.
