Staff lacks compassion. We’ve been going to this be for years since we’ve been in Minot 5+. My 16-year-old dog was showing signs of lethargy and almost like she was passing. I tried calling them twice during the morning asking for help or any advice as to who to contact if they can take her the same day. Both females who answer the phone were extremely rude and not compassionate. The first one even hung up before I could even ask her one more question. It is so extremely disappointing after years of going to them.

I've had pets with them for going on 11 years now and have had nothing but the best treatment. They are kind, compassionate people that genuinely care about working with you to keep your pet healthy and happy. I am 100% a nervous nelly when it comes to my fur babies and their transparency is appreciated every time we go in. We always leave assured and with a clear plan of action.
