Dr. "Tyler" ...what can we say except he is the absolute best! He has taken care of our animals for many years. Always smiling, always kind, always compassionate and caring. I wouldnt take my precious pet anywhere else. Even in hard times he was amazing, understanding, and a gentle soul. I highly recommend this office for all your pet needs.

My poor pup was attacked bye our other dog over food and we took her to Missouri valley and they worked with me with payment because I just paid all my bills and this happened. Great doctors, I've take everyone of our dogs here for like 4yrs and have always had a good experience.

This place is all about money not the care of the animals. They always have a bad attitude at reception, and the vet has a face and voice as she just got high before walking in the exam room. They gave two of my dogs the exact same vaccine and stated one was good for 1 year only while the other is fine for 3 - exact same shot- when called to clarify this after getting an insane amount of spam messages in the same day saying I had to bring the one only good for 1 year again, reception said “someone probably made a mistake but we’re gonna still have to give that one another shot, and since it was a mistake then bring them both… I’m a longtime dog owner of multiple dogs, this has never happened at any other vet office. That being said, I’m moving all of my dogs to a different vet.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My cat has diabetes so I take him to get his fructosamine levels checked and for the past three times I’ve gone to get his levels checked. They have tortured him for over 20 minutes trying to get a blood sample. I have asked them if they could sedate him if they could give him some sort of calming medication to help the process go smoother, and they refuse to do any of that. This last visit that I just took him to. He came back out in his carrier full of feces and urine.
