Definitely does NOT care about your animals welfare AT ALL! called because our dog is on his death bed, and the lady said she'll talk to the vet and call back. NEVER called back. After over an hour we called back and she says can't get him in for two days. Didn't bother to let us know. Just left us hanging. We could have gotten sooner care from somewhere else, but she just couldn't find time to call back. Our dog has been going there for years, yet can't even bother to give us options on how to get immediate care. Shes just going to pretend we didn't call. Absolute joke. Money. Money. Money. Your animals life means nothing to these people.

I am really happy with how they handled my little dumbo rat Roshi :) everyone is really friendly and treat your pet like their own. I’m glad to have found a great vet who works with small animals.
