I took my Service Dog here for a neck injury from playing that got infected. I called late Monday and they got me in Tuesday. My dog has a complicated medical history and has undergone multiple surgeries. Due to this, he gets anxious at new vet clinics from previous vets being unkind to him. Sarah the vet tech checked him in and was so wonderful and patient with Storm. He was very nervous in the beginning and after getting lots of bacon treats and calm relaxing conversation he started relaxing. Sarah was so calm and patient while Storm adapted to the new surroundings. Dr. Angela was equally kind and patient with Storm and allowed me to comfort him to keep him relaxed while we shaved his neck where the injury was. Dr. Angela was extremely thorough while checking through his medical record, surgeries, conditions and allergies to medications. She gave expert advice on how to treat his neck and what to do if it doesn't heal. She answered all my questions and also gave me time to inquire about ProHeart12 and discuss positives and risks (not many at all). I will be bringing my pups in to get this shot very soon! I so appreciate how well they took care of Storm and the time they took to make him comfortable.

This vet clinic and the staff is exceptional. I had an emergency with my kitten, and even though they were not my usual vet at the time, they answered the phone at 2 am and were calm, polite and professional, and went in to the clinic in order to see our kitten. We looked a mess and had been crying and they were so compassionate to us and to our kitten, and made the process significantly easier. A week later we received a sympathy card with a small "Rainbow bridge" card inside that the staff signed as well. We just switched vets because of how much of an impact they left on us, and even when I called, they remembered our kitten's name. I cannot recommend and thank them enough for their exceptional care, skill, and customer service. Thank you!
